This page explains what information we collect on plugndrive.co.za and how we use it. Plug n Drive is based in South Africa and handles personal information in line with the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA).

Information you send us

If you fill in a form, request a demo, or contact us by email or WhatsApp, we receive the details you give us, such as your name, email address, phone number and message. We use them only to reply to you and to provide the service you asked for. We do not sell your information.

Cookies and analytics

We use Google Analytics to understand which pages are visited and how people reach the site, so we can improve it. Google Analytics sets cookies in your browser and receives your IP address and basic usage data.

• These cookies are set only if you click Accept on the cookie bar.
• If you click Decline, no analytics cookies are set and no analytics data is collected.
• You can change your choice at any time with the Cookie settings link at the bottom of every page.

Google processes this data under its own privacy policy, available at policies.google.com/privacy.

Your rights

You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to how we use it. Write to hello@plugndrive.co.za and we will answer. You may also contact the Information Regulator of South Africa if you are not satisfied with our response.

The charging platform

Accounts on the Plug n Drive charging platform and the charge site are covered by the terms and privacy notice shown when you create an account.
